Out of an abundance of caution, we can no longer accept unexpected non-Member visitors to Services and Events. If you wish to join us, please call our office to register.

Shabbat

Shabbat services at Beth Hillel are regularly held on Friday nights at 6:30pm. Most services are in-person, with a remote option on Facebook and YouTube as well. On the first Saturday of the month, morning services are typically held at 10:30am. There are often onegs (community gatherings) held either before or after services. Please check the service schedule on the HOME page for details.

All Services

FULL SERVICES

The second and fourth Fridays are full services, including a Torah service and sermon, or, alternatively, a guest speaker or a discussion. These services are in-person with a remote option.

ZOOM SERVICES

Zoom Services are held a few times during the year on secular holiday weekends such as Thanksgiving, Jan 1, Memorial Day and July 4. Slides are shown on the screen for readings and songs.

FAMILY SERVICES

The third Friday night of each month during the school year is a BSBH Family Kabbalat Shabbat: a shorter service where school age families are encouraged to attend. Students often co-lead these services with the Rabbi.

SUMMER OUTDOOR SERVICES

Many of our summer services are held in our beautiful backyard sanctuary. Special services include popsicle night for kids and the popular pet service!

HEALING SERVICE

This service is held once a month on Zoom. We gather to pray on behalf of congregation members in need of healing
